6. Here too, we consider the CAGR of the past five years to evaluate growth potential – especially during phases in which profit margins are still developing.
7. P/E Analysis and Fair Value Line (Intrinsic Value)
8. We also analyze the average price-earnings ratio (P/E) over the past five years and relate it to revenue and earnings growth.
9. The historical P/E serves as the basis for the fair value line, which visualizes the intrinsic value of the stock:
   • If the current price is below the line → the stock is considered undervalued.
   • If the current price is above the line → it is considered overvalued.
